Attitude of Gratitude

The attitude of gratitude brings altitude.
When was the last time you sat down and listed the things in your life that you're grateful for? Being thankful for what you have, just shifting your attitude, will lift your spirit and open your mind. When you are preoccupied with what isn't in your life, you miss out on what is already there! You forget all the good that surrounds you.

Remember what you focus on follows.
Acknowledging blessings increases your ability and willingness to see opportunities and possibilities instead of limitations and negatives. As your ability to see the good in all things increases, you open up to more good. What you already have grows and expands. So change your focus!

Gratitude will keep you in close harmony with creative thought and prevent you from falling into competitive thought, limited thought, or that place of lack. Many successful athletes use the principle of gratitude. Their gratitude keeps them focused on the right results and connected with their power.

What you resist persists. Without gratitude you become focused on and dissatisfied with the way things are now and more of what you don't want is then manifested. Appreciation creates joy and grows and expands the good you already have.

So, don't let your preoccupation with what's wrong keep you from enjoying what's right. Gratitude is like a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it grows. It's a simple yet powerful attitude adjustment that will accelerate your experience of abundance.
